Welcome to the New York District of Key Club International

Caring – Our way of life.

2025-2026 District Project

The District Project for the 2025-2026 service year is The International Justice Mission! The International Justice Mission is a global nonprofit organization that protects people in poverty from violence, slavery, and human trafficking. It works with local authorities to rescue victims, bring criminals to justice, restore survivors, and strengthen justice systems. IJM operates in over 20 countries, aiming to make justice for the poor unstoppable.

2025-2026 Governor's Project

The Governor’s Project for the 2025-2026 service year is One Tree Planted! One Tree Planted is an environmental nonprofit that is dedicated to making it simple for anyone to help the environment. Since 2014, One Tree Planted has planted over 135.5 million trees across 82 countries, and restored 292,864 acres of forest. Their simplified donation process and global reach have helped us build a movement of supporters who believe in the power of trees.

The New York District consists of 28 divisions and is served by 7 dedicated executive officers and 28 lieutenant governors. We are the second-largest single-state district and the fourth-largest district in Key Club International.

Key Club International, a service leadership program of Kiwanis International, is the oldest and largest service organization for high school students and gives its members opportunities to provide service, build character, and develop leadership skills. Starting in California in 1925, Key Club today thrives on more than 5,000 high school campuses with a total membership of more than 230,000 students in 38 countries.  NYDKC currently stands at more than 12,000 members!

This is your Governor, Noah Rozin, and all I can say is that I am so excited for this service year! As we’re getting started, I think it’s really important to remember that we’re part of a much larger community — over 230,000 Key Clubbers across more than 40 countries. Realizing that is what motivates us to push forward and contribute to this organization, because our work impacts lives far beyond just our clubs, divisions, or even our district. That’s the beauty of Key Club, and it’s why I’m truly honored to serve as your Governor.

This year, I’ve selected One Tree Planted as our Governor’s Project. It’s a cause I’m genuinely passionate about, especially as climate change continues to affect our world — including our home state of New York. Planting trees is one of the most tangible and effective ways we, as students, can help combat this growing issue. For every $1 donated, One Tree Planted plants a tree — and since 2014, they’ve planted over 100 million trees in more than 80 countries. I’m all in on making sure our district plays a role in that impact.

We’ve also set our District goals for the year: $225,000 raised and 220,000 service hours completed. Let’s make it our mission not just to meet those numbers, but to go above and beyond — together.

Keep up the amazing work, New York, and let’s take every opportunity we can to lead, servce, and make this year one to remember!
