GOVERNOR ABBY

Hi NYDKC!! My name is Abby Halloran and I currently have the absolute honor of serving as your District Governor for the 2026-2027 service year! I believe that one of the most positive aspects of joining Key Club is the incredible doors that open as a result. On a personal level, I cannot speak highly enough of the best friends and meaningful opportunities to serve others that Key Club has brought into my own life. For this reason, I wholeheartedly encourage you to truly embrace every experience that comes your way this service year. Trust me when I say that you never know the possibilities that can stem from attending just one club meeting, just one fundraiser, or just one divisional!

Speaking of incredible ways to get involved… I am SUPER excited that, as a district, we will be supporting Pink Aid as our Governor’s Project this service year! Dedicated to providing breast cancer patients and survivors with the love, care, and support they deserve, this AMAZING organization has raised over $22 million since its founding in 2011. And now, it is our turn to be a part of that impact! I cannot wait to see the wonderful contributions I know all of you will make through Pink Aid this service year. (On a quick side note: if we reach our goal of raising $10,000 for Pink Aid, I will dye my hair pink!)

Everyone, thank you so much for all you do for Key Club; it is your dedication to service that  makes our district truly so special. Keep up the amazing work and please know that I am always here to support you. (So, never hesitate to reach out!)
